Conditions of Sale

  1. The property will be sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis without any responsibility on the part of the Company to provide statutory approvals, surveying data, or any warranty regarding its suitability for any particular purpose.

  2. A non-refundable down payment of ten percent (10%) of the accepted purchase price is required upon acceptance of the offer. The balance of the purchase price must be paid within ninety (90) days, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Credit Union.

  3. The property will be sold subject to all outstanding rates and taxes, existing contracts, tenancies, encroachments (however formed), and any other outgoings that may be due at the time of sale.

  4. The Company reserves the right not to accept any bid that does not fairly represent the value of the property. The Company is not bound to accept the highest or any offer submitted. Unsuitable bids will not be acknowledged.
