The Hermosa Vista Project was launched via sod turning in May 2023. This is the largest development project carried out by EPL Properties Limited on behalf of the Eastern Credit Union Cooperative Society Limited. This occasion was marked by speeches by the Chairman of the Board of ECU, Mr. Richard Noray, Deputy Group CEO, Mr. Kester Lashley and Managing Director of EPL Properties Limited, Mr. Maurice Hoyte.
