Our executive Suites are located on the third floor in the Courtyard of the Artisans. These fully air-conditioned two bedroom apartments are self contained units.
The compound hosts 24/7 security, a ATM and Credit Union conveniently located on the compound. With access to all major transportation modes.
The place is exactly what is shown in the pictures. The area is very quiet at night and the good thing is the easy access to transportation and a lot more. I will definitely recommend this place.

EPL may allow persons to pay with Linx at the Administrative office, or via cash deposit at an ECU Branch. This type of payment option is available at EPL’s discretion and is largely dependent. on the availability of the suite requested.

Suites are equipped with toaster ovens and microwaves. Cutlery and glassware are also provided.

Yes, you can utilize the gym during your stay. Please note that due to current Covid-19 restrictions, an appointment must be made prior.
Photoshoots are not permitted at the suites.
All suites are spacious; however, we recommend a site visit (in person or virtually) to ensure the facility can accommodate any special needs as there is a staircase leading up to the suite.
