The venue capacity for each space is determined by the type of event and its layout. Currently, based on the Ministry of Health guidelines, only 10 persons are allowed for events. Please continue to check with us for updates as guidelines continue to be developed.
Smoking is not allowed at our venues.
In keeping with the current covid-19 restrictions, events must be concluded by 10PM.
Yes, however, conditions apply based on the type of event.
The sale of alcohol is allowed once the client obtains and submits a valid Liquor License, which must be presented to the EPL Event Coordinator.
The compound is equipped with wheelchair access at all venue spaces.
The compound is equipped with two major carparks which are used to facilitate events. Depending on the parking requirements of an event, additional carparks are arranged for use.
Live streaming is permitted at the venue; however additional charges are applied.
Your caution fee is refunded two weeks after the event once there are no damages to the property and or breach of the contract.

Our venues are versatile and able to host a wide variety of events such as weddings, AGMS, meetings/conferences, graduation ceremonies and balls, dinners, corporate events, concerts and much more…
Linens are provided based on the client’s request.
  • Set up: The set-up date & time is determined by EPL’s coordinator. If there is an event prior to yours, the client will only be allowed to set up the day of the event. Once there are no prior events or any hindering factors, you will be allowed access the day before within a certain time frame.


  • Breakdown: All items must be removed immediately after the event and within a two (2) hour period. Failure to compile will result in forfeiture of the client’s caution fee.
To confirm your event, a $2000.00 non-refundable booking fee must be made to EPL Properties Limited. Full payment must be made one (1) month before the event. The client also has the option of making payments each month until the full payment is made. The full payment must be made 1 month before the event date.
An event cancelled up to one (1) month from the event will be subject to a penalty charge representing 50% of the quoted amount. Rental cancellations are non-refundable. when cancelled within two (2) weeks or less before an event and will result in a penalty a charge representing the full amount of deposit made.
Clients are allowed one postponement which must be rescheduled within a three month period.
Once you receive an official EPL quotation, payments can be made via:

  • Linx (At the EPL office)
  • Certified cheque (At the EPL office)
  • Cash – Deposited to any Eastern Credit Union Branch (please contact us for banking information)
  • Direct Deposit to the EPL Account (please contact us for banking information)


  • NB: If payment is not made directly to the EPL office, all receipts must be returned to the EPL office, without the receipt, payments would not be acknowledged. Please contact us before payment is made to ensure event date is still available.
    EMA is required one there is an outdoor/open air event.
    COTT is the representative body for collecting tariffs for music played. It. Stands for Copyright Organization of Trinidad and Tobago. Royalties are collected for the artists once their music is played by clients. This charge is then submitted to the body COTT for distribution to the artists. The fee is dependent on the type of event, no. of people attending and whether it is a paid event.
    Services include maintenance during and after the event.
