Repossessed Vehicles

EPL Properties Limited acquires repossessed vehicles from its parent company, Eastern Credit Union. Units are sold “where is, as is” through a bidding process and are located at the EPL Warehouse. Inventory is updated regularly and includes a variety of makes and models. Band right aren't included.

Vehicles can be viewed at: EPL Warehouse, Lot #3, York Avenue, O’Meara Industrial Estate, Arima, between 8 am and 4 pm. Vehicles must be viewed before placing bids.

Transfer Fees

Vehicles will be sold as is, exclusive of Transfer Fees. Transfer Fees to be paid by the purchaser. The Company does not bind itself to the highest of any bid. Unsuccessful bids will not be acknowledged.

Bid Form

Physical bids must be submitted using the Official Bid Form. The form can be downloaded from this website or collected in person at: EPL Properties Limited, Executive Suites 1-4, La Joya Complex, Eastern Main Road, St. Joseph Completed physical forms must be submitted to the above office address.
