The La Sorzano Project commenced via a sod-turning in April of 2022. This auspicious occasion was attended by the Mayor of Arima, His Worship Cagney Casimire, the Deputy Group CEO of Eastern Credit Union Cooperative Society Limited, Mr. Kester Lashley and the Chairman of the Board of EPL Properties Limited, Mr. Richard Noray.

The Project marked the kickstart of the Property Development arm of business for EPL Properties Limited.
