EPL Properties Limited, a subsidiary of Eastern Credit Union, has been a registered entity since November 2002. Originally tasked with managing ancillary operations for Eastern Credit Union, EPL Properties Limited has evolved to encompass venue rentals, facilities management, and operation of the La Joya Sporting Complex.

Human Resources

Our entire workforce totals 70 employees. Additionally, hosting a pool of independent contractors to address varying projects and services.

Client Base

Our primary client, Eastern Credit Union Cooperative Society Limited, benefits from our custodial and facilities management services across their branches. Additionally, our Events Unit caters to a diverse clientele including private citizens, governmental agencies, ministries, and corporations seeking event spaces and related services.
